Cleanliness hit the mark. fresh bedding and towels every day made the stay pleasant. The location couldn't be better. a short walk puts you right in the heart of the action.
Room size leaves something to be desired, especially for two. cramped quarters can feel tight. The bathroom facilities seem stuck in the '80s, while the lift situation requires climbing more stairs than expected, especially for rooms above the first floor.

the location was just about okay, but the air conditioning was hopelessly inadequate, and the grumpy day staff should really consider a charm school. I would have appreciated an upgrade considering the flaws, but alas, I simply couldn’t recieve any special treatment. Definitley thought I might leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

This place was a solid fit for a holiday in Madrid, especially for the price. The staff was really nice and provided a hairdryer right away when I asked. Bring your own cups and kettle if you want hot drinks in your room.

The only downside was the noise from the street, especially early in the morning. It was a bit disruptive but manageable.
